The Federal Public Service Commission FPSC, Islamabad will conduct the Central Supervisor Services CSS Examination 2021 in February 2021 Sindh High Court SHC. A civil rights activist, Advocate Tariq Mansoor has challenged the quota system of the Federal Public Service Commission FPSC, Islamabad for the CSS Exams 2021.
According to Advocate, the FPSC will conduct the CSS 2021 Exams under the CSS-CE Rules 2019 according to which the provincial quota is mandatory in federal services.
The Advocate Tariq Mansoor further preceded his argumentation in the court and said:
The current quota system is against the Articles 27, 25, 9 and 8 of the constitution was expired on 13 August 2013. The tenure mentioned in the Article 27(1) of the Constitution of Pakistan for the posts reserved for candidates belonging to certain area or class is expired. So the CSS Exams 2021 should be conducted on open merit to avoid the discrimination of the society and to provide equal opportunities for the appointment in federal services. As a response to the argumentation and challenge of the petitioner against the quota system of the FPSC for appointments the SHC has issued the notices to establishment division secretary, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Chairman, the Law and Justice Secretary, and the Deputy Attorney General.
سی ایس ایس امتحانات 2021 کوٹہ سسٹم کو سندھ ہائی کورٹ میں چیلنج کر دیا گیا
فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن ایف پی ایس سی ، اسلام آباد فروری 2021 میں سندھ ہائیکورٹ کے ایس ایچ سی میں سنٹرل سپروائزر سروسز سی ایس ایس امتحان 2021 کا انعقاد کرے گا۔ شہری حقوق کے کارکن ایڈووکیٹ طارق منصور نے سی ایس ایس امتحانات 2021 کے لئے فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن ایف پی ایس سی ، اسلام آباد کے کوٹہ سسٹم کو چیلنج کیا ہے۔
ایڈوکیٹ کے مطابق ، ایف پی ایس سی سی ایس ایس-سی ای رولز 2019 کے تحت سی ایس ایس 2021 امتحانات کرے گی جس کے مطابق وفاقی خدمات میں صوبائی کوٹہ لازمی ہے۔
یڈووکیٹ طارق منصور نے عدالت میں اپنے دلائل سے قبل اور کہا
موجودہ کوٹہ سسٹم کی تشکیل آئین کے آرٹیکل 27 ، 25 ، 9 اور 8 کے خلاف ہے جس کی میعاد 13 اگست 2013 کو ختم ہوگئی تھی۔ آئین پاکستان کے آرٹیکل 27 (1) میں مذکورہ مدت مخصوص علاقے سے تعلق رکھنے والے امیدواروں کے لئے مختص عہدوں کے لئے ختم کردی گئی تھی۔ یا کلاس میعاد ختم ہوگئی ہے۔ لہذا معاشرے کے امتیازی سلوک سے بچنے اور وفاقی خدمات میں تقرری کے مساوی مواقع فراہم کرنے کے لئے سی ایس ایس امتحانات 2021 کو اوپن میرٹ پر منعقد کیا جانا چاہئے۔
تقرریوں کے لئے ایف پی ایس سی کے کوٹہ سسٹم کے خلاف درخواست گزار کی دلیل اور چیلنج کے جواب کے طور پر ایس ایچ سی نے اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن کے سکریٹری ، فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن (ایف پی ایس سی) کے چیئرمین ، لاء اینڈ جسٹس سکریٹری ، اور ڈپٹی کو نوٹسز جاری کردیئے ہیں۔
