خواتین اور اقلیتوں کی مین اسٹریمنگ حوصلہ افزائی کے لئے ملازمت کے کوٹے کے بارے میں آگاہی: صدر
اسلام آباد : صدر ڈاکٹر عارف علوی نے بدھ کے روز عوامی پیشوں میں خواتین اور اقلیتوں کے لئے مخصوص نشستوں کے بارے میں شعور بیدار کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس سے قومی ترقی میں ان کی شمولیت کی حوصلہ افزائی ہوگی۔
صدر نے ان خیالات کا اظہار اس وقت کیا جب فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن (ایف پی ایس سی) کے چیئرمین ، کیپٹن (ریٹائرڈ) زاہد سعید نے انہیں 2018 اور 2019 کی کارکردگی کی رپورٹ پیش کی۔
ایوان صدر میں یہاں ایک میٹنگ میں ، صدر کو اقلیتوں کے لئے خالی آسامیوں کی دستیابی پر توجہ کے ساتھ ایف پی ایس سی کے بارے میں بریفنگ ملی۔
اس پر روشنی ڈالی گئی کہ فی الحال ایف پی ایس سی کی 98 اقلیتی آسامیاں خالی ہیں۔
ڈاکٹر علوی نے ذمہ دار محکموں کے ساتھ ہم آہنگی میں خالی آسامیوں کی وجوہات معلوم کرنے پر زور دیا۔
صدر کو بتایا گیا کہ 2018 میں ایف پی ایس سی نے 3،200 عہدوں کے لئے 741،000 درخواستیں وصول کیں ، جبکہ 2019 میں درخواستوں کی تعداد 800،000 بمقابلہ 3،600 عہدوں پر مشتمل تھی۔
بتایا گیا ہے کہ امیدواروں کے ساتھ انٹرویو گلگت بلتستان اپنے مقامی اسٹیشنوں پر لیں گے۔
ایف پی ایس سی کی بھرتی عمل کے سلسلے میں ، صدر نے شفافیت اور سائنسی وسائل کے تعارف کو یقینی بنانے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔
معروضی سوالات کے تناسب میں اضافہ کرکے امتحان میں شفافیت کی ضمانت دی جاسکتی ہے۔
ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi on Wednesday stressed the need to create awareness about reserved seats for women and minorities in public professions, saying that it would encourage their participation in national development.
The President expressed these views when the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Capt. (Retd.) Zahid Saeed presented to him the performance report for 2018 and 2019.
At a meeting here in the Presidency, the President was briefed on the FPSC with a focus on the availability of vacancies for minorities.
It was highlighted that currently are vacant.
Dr. Alvi called for finding out the reasons for the vacancies in coordination with the responsible departments.
The President was informed that in 2018, FPSC received 741,000 applications for 3,200 posts, while in 2019, the number of applications was 800,000 vs. 3,600 posts.
It has been informed that Gilgit-Baltistan will conduct interviews with the candidates at their local stations.
In connection with the FPSC recruitment process, the President stressed the need to ensure transparency and introduction of scientific resources.
Transparency in the exam can be guaranteed by increasing the proportion of objective questions.
