After the mismanagement and chaos during the annual Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam in Karachi, the grade 9 math exam question paper was circulated on social media before the official start time on Thursday.
Despite the security assurances from the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK), the leakage of exam questions in Sindh continues.
The exam was scheduled to start at 9:30 am across the province, but the question paper had been made available online 30 minutes in advance. The breach of transparency was observed after the Chamber claimed to improve the security and distribution mechanisms of the questionnaires.
Cell phones are reported to be freely used by candidates and visitors in the exam centers, and the biology question paper has also been leaked and shared via multiple messaging apps in Larkana.
This is the third day of leaks in the province after the class 10 physics and math questionnaires leaked Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.
Given the situation, the provincial government has imposed Section 144 outside Sindh exam centers to prevent further leaks and violations.
Under the newly imposed restrictions, the examination centers are now “restricted areas” and may only be entered by people with an access card and staff on duty. In addition, the use of cell phones by staff is prohibited during the exams.
The state government has taken note of the poor management and convened the controller examination of the BSEK. The controller assured the consultant Nisar Khuhro that the corrective measures will be followed after the mismanagement and chaos during the annual enrollment exams in 2021.

اطلاعات کے مطابق ، امتحانی مراکز میں موجود امیدواروں اور زائرین کے ذریعہ موبائل فون آزادانہ طور پر استعمال کیے جارہے ہیں ، اور بیالوجی کے سوالیہ پیپر کو بھی لاڑکانہ میں متعدد میسجنگ ایپس پر لیک کیا گیا اور شیئر کیا گیا۔
منگل اور بدھ کے روز بالترتیب کلاس 10 کی فزکس اور ریاضی کے سوالات لیک ہونے کے بعد صوبے میں لیک ہونے کا یہ تیسرا دن ہے۔
صورتحال کی روشنی میں ، صوبائی حکومت نے سندھ میں امتحانی مراکز کے باہر مزید رساو اور خلاف ورزیوں کو روکنے کے لئے دفعہ 144 نافذ کردی ہے۔
نئی عائد پابندیوں کے تحت ، امتحانی مراکز اب ’محدود علاقے‘ بن چکے ہیں ، اور صرف وہی جو رولنمبر سلیپ اور ڈیوٹی عملہ ان میں داخل ہوسکتے ہیں۔ مزید برآں ، امتحانات کے دوران عملے کے ذریعہ موبائل فون کے استعمال پر پابندی عائد کردی گئی ہے۔
صوبائی حکومت نے ناقص انتظامیہ کا نوٹس لیا ہے اور بی ایس ای کے کنٹرولر امتحان طلب کرلیا ہے۔ کنٹرولر نے مشیر نثار کھوڑو کو سالانہ میٹرک امتحانات 2021 کے دوران بد انتظامی اور انتشار کے بعد اصلاحی اقدامات پر عمل پیرا ہونے کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔
