People use this portal to give their feedback on the policies of the government, register the complaints and suggestions. How to Create An Account on Citizen Portal
- Go to Play Store or App Store with the use of the mobile phone.
- Search ‘Pakistan Citizen Portal’ and tap on ‘Install’ to download it.
- When they are downloaded, you can tap on the app to open it
- Tap on ‘register’ to create free account
- You will be asked whether you are Pakistani national, Overseas Pakistanis or foreigner.
- You have to enter your mobile number
- Enter your full name, gender and date of birth and tap on next.
- Type the username and password of choice and tap on next.
- You will have to give other details like your CNIC number, province, district, tehsil and your address.
- When you enter all necessary information, tap on the option of ‘register’.
- You will be directed to dashboard of the app.
- On dashboard, you will watch all details regarding total complaints, open complaints and others.
When you create the account, you can lodge any complaint about any issue. You need to know how to use the Citizen Portal.
Lodge A Complaint on Citizen Portal
- Open mobile app and enter username and password to log in
- You will see “+” icon on home screen of the app and tap on it
- You will find different options provided on the screen.
- Select the category of complaint. If your complaint is concerned to road in the city, you need to select the option of ‘communication’.
- You will fill the complaint form in next screen.
- When you enter the details in the form, tap on ‘submit’
- Your complaint will be registered and sent to concerned department.
