  • Hyundai Nishat & Omoda/Jaecoo: In May, Hyundai Nishat partnered with Omoda and Jaecoo, two brands under Chery International. This agreement allowed Hyundai Pakistan to introduce new electric offerings like the Omoda E5 and Jaecoo J7, without using Chery’s main branding.
  • Chery & Master Group: Around the same time, Chery established a separate alliance with Master Group of Industries. This marked Chery’s second major entry into the country after its previous collaboration with Gandhara Automobiles Limited (GAL).

For the Master Group, this partnership with Chery represents a strong push into the Electric Vehicle (EV) and Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) market. The group has already partnered with Deepal electric cars and now plans to introduce advanced Super PHEVs and New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) with Chery.
