Five tourists tragically lost their lives in a devastating incident in Skardu’s Deosai area on Friday. The incident occurred when their jeep collided head-on with another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, resulting in the jeep plunging into a riverine. Local authorities reported that the victims, all hailing from Quetta, were unable to survive the impact. Additionally, two individuals sustained injuries and were promptly transported to a local hospital for urgent medical attention. Fatal Accident in Neelum Valley’s Changan Area Claims Four Lives
In another unfortunate incident, four passengers met with a fatal accident in Neelum Valley‘s Changan area on June 4. The victims were traveling in a cargo truck en route from Batrasi to Mandkaro when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to plummet into a deep gorge. Local authorities were immediately alerted, and rescue teams promptly arrived at the scene to initiate a rescue operation. The bodies of the deceased were recovered from the river and promptly transported to a nearby hospital for further procedures.
