Recently, an alarming incident was captured on Instagram, where an armed local threatened the life of a defenseless tourist. The video, shared by Wahaj Abid Awan on Instagram, quickly went viral, shedding light on the concerning situation.
Encounter with Armed Locals at Babusar Top
According to Awan, the incident occurred on a peak near the road at Babusar Top. As he reached the peak, he was approached by three men, one of whom brandished a firearm. Fearing for his safety, Awan swiftly descended the peak and made his way back to the market.
Police Response and Concerns Raised
Following the potentially life-threatening encounter, Awan reported the incident to the local police. However, initially, they dismissed his claims without much consideration. Only when Awan presented them with the photos as evidence did they show limited interest. Troublingly, the authorities requested that Awan delete the photos and videos from his phone, without providing a compelling justification.
