قومی اسمبلی نے طویل بحث و مباحثے کے بعد فنانس بل پاس کیا
اسلام آباد: قومی اسمبلی نے بجٹ پر پانچ گھنٹے دس منٹ کی طویل بحث کے بعد منگل کو فنانس بل 22-2021 کی منظوری دے دی۔ بجٹ کا اجلاس کافی حد تک معقول تھا کیوں کہ بجٹ کی عمومی گفتگو میں محکمہ خزانہ کے 244 ممبران اور اپوزیشن بنچوں نے حصہ لیا جو کہ 69 گھنٹے 5 منٹ تک جاری رہا۔ اپوزیشن ممبروں کو بجٹ پر بحث کے لئے اضافی سولہ گھنٹے پانچ منٹ دیئے گئے جبکہ 13 گھنٹے حکومتی ممبروں کو ان سے زیادہ وقت دیا گیا۔ اس کے علاوہ گرانٹ اور کٹ حرکات کے مطالبے پر 16 گھنٹے 10 منٹ استعمال کیے گئے۔ سینیٹ کی سفارشات پر 1 گھنٹہ 20 منٹ استعمال ہوئے۔ وصول ہونے والے اخراجات پر بحث کے لئے 1 گھنٹہ 10منٹ دیئے گئے۔ بجٹ میں لگ بھگ 93 گھنٹے کا وقت دیا گیا ہے۔ اضافی بجٹ کو 30 جون کو مزید وقت دیا جائے گا۔ یہ اب تک کسی مالی بل کو دیا گیا ریکارڈ وقت ہے جو پارلیمنٹ کے نگرانی اور اس سلسلے میں ان کی آئینی ذمہ داری کے بارے میں ممبران پارلیمنٹ کی سنجیدگی کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔
ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly on Tuesday approved the Finance Bill 2021-22 after a 5-hour and 10-minute long debate on the budget. The budget meeting was quite reasonable as 244 members of the finance department and opposition benches participated in the general budget discussion which lasted for 69 hours and 5 minutes. Opposition members were given an additional 16 hours and five minutes to discuss the budget, while government members were given 13 hours more. In addition, 16 hours and 10 minutes were used on demand for grants and cut movements. 1 hour and 20 minutes were used on the recommendations of the Senate. 1 hour and 10 minutes were given to discuss the expenses received. The budget provides for about 93 hours. The additional budget will be given more time on June 30. This is the record time given to a financial bill so far which shows the seriousness of the members of Parliament regarding the oversight of Parliament and their constitutional responsibility in this regard.
