Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that the OIC should take immediate steps to stop the Israeli aggression.
Saudi Arabia has convened a meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to discuss the current situation in Palestine. The use of force was discussed. The Saudi Foreign Minister expressed concern over the ongoing tensions in Palestine and condemned the ongoing Israeli bombing.
Addressing a virtual meeting of OIC foreign ministers, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Israel is committing the worst human rights violations and genocide of Palestinians, Israeli forces are targeting unarmed Palestinians, Gaza is being bombed continuously. Yes, and innocent children are being martyred by the bombing, Israel’s aggression must end. The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan stands with the Palestinians and strongly condemns the Israeli attacks on unarmed Palestinian Muslims. Pakistan reiterates its commitment to the two-state formula for resolving the issue. I thank the OIC for convening the emergency meeting, we all fully support and express solidarity with the Palestinians, the OIC should take immediate steps to stop the Israeli aggression, take all possible steps to stop the Israeli aggression on the Palestinians and the international community. It should also speak out against Israel’s illegal use of force against the Palestinians.
وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے کہا ہے کہ او آئی سی کو اسرائیلی جارحیت کو روکنے کے لئے فوری اقدامات کرنا چاہئے۔
سعودی عرب نے فلسطین کی موجودہ صورتحال پر تبادلہ خیال کے لئے اسلامی تعاون تنظیم (او آئی سی) کے وزرائے خارجہ کا اجلاس طلب کیا ہے۔ طاقت کے استعمال پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ سعودی وزیر خارجہ نے فلسطین میں جاری تناؤ پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا اور اسرائیلی بمباری کی مذمت کی۔
وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے او آئی سی وزرائے خارجہ کے مجازی اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اسرائیل فلسطینیوں کی انسانی حقوق کی بدترین پامالی اور نسل کشی کا ارتکاب کر رہا ہے ، اسرائیلی افواج غیر مسلح فلسطینیوں کو نشانہ بنا رہی ہیں ، غزہ پر مسلسل بمباری کی جارہی ہے۔ ہاں ، اور بمباری سے معصوم بچے شہید ہو رہے ہیں ، اسرائیل کی جارحیت ختم ہونی چاہئے۔
وزیر خارجہ نے کہا کہ پاکستان فلسطینیوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے اور نہتے فلسطینی مسلمانوں پر اسرائیلی حملوں کی شدید مذمت کرتا ہوں۔ پاکستان اس مسئلے کو حل کرنے کے لئے دو ریاستی فارمولہ سے اپنی وابستگی کا اعادہ کرتا ہے۔ میں او آئی سی کا ہنگامی اجلاس بلانے پر شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں ، ہم سب فلسطینیوں کے ساتھ مکمل حمایت اور اظہار یکجہتی کرتے ہیں ، او آئی سی کو چاہئے کہ وہ اسرائیلی جارحیت کو روکنے کے لئے فوری اقدامات کرے ، فلسطینیوں اور عالمی برادری پر اسرائیلی جارحیت کو روکنے کے لئے ہر ممکن اقدامات اٹھائے۔ اسے اسرائیل کی طرف سے فلسطینیوں کے خلاف طاقت کے غیر قانونی استعمال کے خلاف بھی اظہار خیال کرنا چاہئے۔
