Muhammad Nabi Khan, a 14-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on Tuesday as a result of a serious medical mistake. Suffering from diarrhea, his concerned family rushed him to the nearest doctor seeking medical assistance.
Fatal Consequences of a Medical Error
Regrettably, the decision to seek help proved fatal. Following the administration of an injection by the quack, the young boy experienced a severe and alarming reaction. Rashes erupted suddenly and rapidly spread across his entire body, indicating a dangerous condition.
Negligence and Dismissal of the Severity
Instead of promptly addressing the alarming situation, the doctor disregarded the severity of the reaction and carelessly advised the family to take the boy home. Witnessing the rapid deterioration of the boy’s condition, the family desperately rushed him to Jinnah Hospital. Tragically, their efforts were in vain, as Muhammad took his last breath mere moments after arriving at the hospital.
Demand for Investigation and Accountability
The untimely death of this young boy has sparked outrage within the community, leading to fervent calls for a thorough investigation into the quack’s medical practices. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, local authorities have taken immediate action, with the police transferring Muhammad’s body to the morgue for further examination.
