salaam,
i love saag with rice roti and fresh lassi. my mum used to make it every Sunday, and my grani used to make lassi every day. love it

Hey everyone...This is Kazim from the US...I am a mechanical engineering student here...
I know all of us love Pakistani food like biryani, haleem, nihari, kheer, zarda, paey, parathe, kabab...mann just writing about this stuff makes my mouth water - but I was thinking of investigating how these foods can be integrated with other cultures...for example no one has ever heard of 'Italian Biryani' or 'French Haleem' or 'Turkish Nihari'....any thoughts on how these dishes can be made 'continental'?
