Google has shared its latest app, the Read Along Android applications to the housebound people so that they can get most of it by using this new and dynamic app. Google has designed this app for kids having age over 5+ and they can read to read the language with the intuitive audio-visual experience. Children Learn Urdu and Other Language using Google Bolo App.
The text-to-speech android app and the speech recognition technology provide the real time feedback to the children to read the stories aloud. This app was first introduced in India and after getting exciting response from there, it is extended to more 180 countries of the world including Pakistan and it is dubbed as ‘Bolo’ here. This app helps the kids to learning English skills and the children can also learn Urdu reading by telling the locally inspired stories.
The features of Bolo Read Along has the in-app reading buddy, which is named as Diya and the kids use Diya to read text-to-speech and for the detection purposes, the speech recognition technology is used whether students are facing difficulty in reading the passage successfully or not.
The training is given to Diya to help encouraging the students with the positive and reinforcing feedback and similarly the teachers and parents can do. When their kid is facing an issue in pronouncing the word, he / she can tap Diya to get help at any time. The kids use this app to learn at their own pace and the parents will feel comfortable to create different profile for the different readers.

ٹیکسٹ ٹو اسپیچ اینڈروئیڈ ایپ اور تقریر کی شناخت کی ٹیکنالوجی بچوں کو کہانیوں کو بلند آواز سے پڑھنے کے لئے حقیقی وقت کی رائے مہیا کرتی ہے۔ اس ایپ کو سب سے پہلے ہندوستان میں متعارف کرایا گیا تھا اور وہاں سے دلچسپ ردعمل ملنے کے بعد ، اس کو پاکستان سمیت دنیا کے 180 سے زیادہ ممالک تک بڑھایا گیا ہے اور اسے یہاں ‘بولو’ کے نام سے موسوم کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس ایپ سے بچوں کو انگریزی کی مہارت سیکھنے میں مدد ملتی ہے اور بچے مقامی طور پر متاثر ہونے والی کہانیاں سن کر اردو پڑھنا بھی سیکھ سکتے ہیں۔
دیا کو تربیت دی گئی ہے تاکہ طالب علموں کو مثبت اور تقویت دینے والے تاثرات کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جا سکے اور اسی طرح اساتذہ اور والدین بھی کرسکتے ہیں۔ جب ان کے بچے کو کلمہ ادا کرنے میں کسی مسئلے کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے ، تو وہ کسی بھی وقت مدد حاصل کرنے کے لئے دیا کو ٹیپ کرسکتا ہے۔ بچے اس اپلی کیشن کو اپنی رفتار سے سیکھنے کے لئے استعمال کرتے ہیں اور والدین مختلف قارئین کے لئے مختلف پروفائل بنانے میں راحت محسوس کریں گے۔
