At least seven individuals lost their lives and 15 others sustained injuries following a powerful gas cylinder explosion that led to the collapse of a three-story building in Jhelum. According to reports from Geo News, the incident occurred on Sunday when a cylinder exploded in the kitchen of a hotel situated on Grand Trunk Road.
Rescue officials have successfully recovered and transferred 15 injured individuals to the Jhelum District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital. Among the injured, two individuals in critical condition have been transported to Rawalpindi for specialized care.
