The Higher Education Commission (HEC) offers a self-funding program to foreign students and holders of dual nationalities with educational goals in Pakistan. The new funding system is scheduled to begin on December 30th and enable foreigners and holders of dual nationalities to be admitted to MBBS and BDS.
Objectives:
- To encourage expatriates from Pakistan to keep in touch with their mother country and foreigners to learn about Pakistani culture and society.
- Promotion of knowledge exchange with friendly development colleagues.
- Improving relations with the international community.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants residing abroad must be physically enrolled and the F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) / HSSC / A-Level exams or equivalent.
- Applicants must have at least 65 percent of the grades in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) / HSSC / A-Level exams or equivalent exams according to a certificate of equivalence issued by the Inter Board Committee Chairman (IBCC).
- Applicants must have passed at least three compulsory subjects – biology, chemistry, and either physics or mathematics.
- Applicants must have passed the MDCAT with at least 60 percent or higher, or have a 60 percent score in three SAT II subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and either Physics or Mathematics).
The Last date to apply for admissions is Monday, 18 January 2021. Only the applications who will be submitted before the last date will be accepted.

دوستانہ ، ساتھی ترقی پذیر ممالک کے ساتھ علم کے اشتراک کو فروغ دینے کے لئے۔
تاکہ بین الاقوامی برادری کے ساتھ تعلقات کو بہتر بنایا جاسکے۔
اہلیت کا معیار
بیرون ملک مقیم درخواست دہندگان کو جسمانی طور پر اندراج اور ایف ایس سی پاس کرنا ہوگا۔ (پری میڈیکل سطح کے امتحانات ، یا اس کے مساوی۔
درخواست دہندگان کے پاس ایف ایس سی میں 65 فیصد یا اس سے زیادہ نمبرات ہونے چاہئیں۔ (پری میڈیکل) سطح کے امتحانات یا اس کے مساوی ، انٹر بورڈ کمیٹی چیئر مین کے ذریعہ جاری کردہ مساویانہ سرٹیفکیٹ کے مطابق۔
درخواست دہندگان کو لازمی طور پر کم از کم تین لازمی مضامین یعنی بیالوجی ، کیمسٹری ، اور یا تو طبیعیات یا ریاضی سے پاس ہونا ضروری ہے۔
